Jason and Inzovu delivered a workshop on designing customer experience through brand engineering and journey mapping for the growth-stage companies in our leadership program. In preparing for his session, Jason asked us many questions to understand our audience so he could deliver customized, empathy-based, and relevant content. He was highly engaging, credible, and effective, and received one of the highest scores of our 12 workshops.
